our property features everything you need to relax and unwind, including a firepit and barbecue facilities Spend your evenings gathered around the fire, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with loved ones. Or, fire up the grill and cook up a delicious meal to enjoy on the deck as you watch the sunset over the water.
inside, you'll find a cozy and comfortable living space that is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring the area The cottage features one Queen bed, two Twin beds and one floor mattress, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy on chilly evenings.

- cottage has 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 floor mattress Please book only if you are comfortable with this setting. Check pictures for more information.
- note: boat launch is not available to the guests (per the decision by lake rosalind association) Guest may however enjoy Kayaking/Swimming in the Lake.
- kayaks/boats on-site are not for guest use Guests may bring their Kayaks/Boats, if they wish. Small Bunkie on the side of patio is storage and not for guest use.
- guest booking the cottage should be minimum 21 years of age
- guests are requested to bring their own propane tank for bbq and fire pit supplies There is an empty propane tank on the property and can be used by guests for exchanging with filled tanks.

• no smoking allowed By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and 'de-smoking' of the house/unit.
• parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated
• guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation.
• neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm-8am
• if the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund
• maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time
• pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however
o strictly no pets on any furniture $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule.
o guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc) by their pets.
o guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.
