Located on three acres, just steps away from the beautiful , private, East Beach ( QEBA ). While here you can take in all of the charm and beauty this very special area has to offer. Most of all, people come for the gorgeous beach. You can use the QEBA private beach parking passes, or make it in a three minute walk. Enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower after a day of fun. This is a great area for family vacations or romantic getaways. We have a wonderful view of Block island, which is a short ferry ride away for a great day of island hoping around on their rental scooters.

we are about 30 minutes to casinos, historic newport, and around 15 minutes to watch hill, which offers a number of wonderful shops and a beautiful harbor
