the ultimate family getaway awaits at this anderson island escape! tucked away in the south end of puget sound - and accessible only by ferry - this quiet island hideaway is the perfect setting for a relaxing group getaway! along with views of florence lake from the property, you'll also enjoy easy access to swimming and boating via the community park down the street A 17-foot canoe, four kid-size kayaks, and fishing poles are provided for leisurely lake cruising and recreation on the water. The flat, grassy lawn is perfect for setting up your favorite yard games, and two Power Wheels are provided for little ones. There's also a firepit for family s'mores nights. An assortment of bicycles is provided for exploring the neighborhood. Community amenities that you'll have access to during your stay include tennis and pickleball courts, and a park zip line. There's also an HOA-operated boat ramp allowing for easy motorized boat/jet ski access. Golfers in the group will appreciate that the home is just a short ferry ride and an easy drive to the renowned, Chambers Bay Golf Course, as well as the on-island course. Riviera Golf Course is also located right on the island and features an executive course routing, plus a putting green and a driving range.
