From your waterfront vantage point you might see sailboats cruising by on a beam reach, locals diving for lobsters and an occasional kayak or SUP boarder. Guests have even reported spotting amazing sea life from the deck – a mother dolphin and her baby swimming by, a tarpon jumping out of the water, turtles coming up for air…and once someone even saw a manta ray! On the west side, the great room sits above a studio apartment, and on the east side there are three en suite bedrooms. The layout intentionally provides for lots of space between the living areas, making it easy for everyone to do their own thing when they wish. each bedroom also has its own bathroom and outdoor shower and every bedroom has an incredible sea view!
