The space offers versatility and privacy for visitors, especially two couples, in that the front bedroom has an entrance from the front patio, as well as through the living room. There is a good sense of privacy and separation between the two bedrooms, and the bathroom is in the hallway between the kitchen and the back bedroom. Having two separate outdoor spaces- one in front and one in back- gives many options according to the time of day/angle of the sun, and your level of sociability.
