Also within walking distance are the Sun Coast Trollies, John's Pass Village and boardwalk, downtown Treasure Island restaurants, shopping, island bus service, free beach ride, and miles and miles of beautiful beaches. Everything you need is within a 0.25 mile to a 1.5 mile distance from this condo.

sit on your private patio or by the refreshing pool (not heated) and watch stunning sunsets (balcony is westward facing) over the intercoastal waterway, or walk/bike the 25 short blocks to the white sandy beaches of Treasure Island and feel the warm sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico as you listen to the ocean breaking onto the shore. There are boat docks available through the association for an additional fee (must register/pay through HOA). The dock features a seawall for fishing, launching kayaks, and paddle boards. You will have one assigned parking space just out your front door and plenty of visitor parking. The laundry facility is practically out your front door.
