Positive: The house is fine, perfectly convenient for 2 people or a family. Nothing luxurious, but good to sleep, eat and get ready to got out :) There’s enough space to dine (max 5 people i would say) and cook. Bathroom is nice, spacious and clean. There’s a playground in the huge (shared) backyard, perfect for children or adults willing to relax. Responsive host, which is appreciable.
Negative: Parking spots next to the house are difficult (impossible) to find in the evening, we needed to park a couple blocks away every night. That was annoying. I guess it matters less without children. Window blinds useless once the sun comes out, could be improved.
