this property boasts 2271 sq/ft. of living and sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms (king, queen and 3rd floor loft space with two queen beds that are perfect for kids/teens and open living. The third floor also has a large walk in closet that will have a twin size cot available if needed. There are bathrooms on all three floors (first floor half bath, second floor full bath and third floor full bath.). There is a large laundry room in the second floor with washer/dryer and a cedar closet for storage of sheets, blankets and towels.

cohasset also hosts an incredible non-profit venue for live music and the arts called “music circus” It is a bit over a mile from our home. The tent only hold a bit over 2,000 people so it is quite intimate. We would highly recommend taking advantage of this treasure.
