The property is set on the hedge of Trapani’s saltpans nature reserve, an area where the salt has been extracted over the centuries. Operated by WWF, the nature reserve with its typical windmills is a very important stopover site for many birds, particularly flamingos, on their migration from and to Africa. Surrounded by a well-tended, lush garden with lawn, the recently renovated villa offers an amazing infinity pool and spacious, panoramic terraces, which are ideal for dining al fresco and which enjoy lovely views of the surrounding landscape. Consisting of a main house and an annex, the villa features a bright, cosy interior. The main house includes a living room with fireplace and dining area, a kitchen, a further living room, five double bedrooms and five bathrooms. The close annex includes two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, sharing a kitchenette.
