We offer our guests first and the second floor of the house connected by an external staircase suitable for 10 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms,(4rd bathroom is ouside on the pool) and large balcony with magnificent views. A large plot with a terrace and a private swimming pool is perfect if you want to run away from all the hustle and take a swim straight from your bedroom. In the back part of the house is big teracce with BBQ only for quest use.. We live on the ground floor of the Villa,but we have separate entrance and has no contact with the pool. Surrounding area is completely for your use only. Guests are granted full privacy (there are no other apartments in the house).
guests can also find ping pong table, volleyball in the pool, rackets for bambinton,football field,two bicycles Fresh water from the spring is potable,and and you can freely drink it.

Summary: Andrea ( the owner )gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was in constant communication throughout our stay answering any questions we had, from directions to even booking a restaurant. She also gave us plates of homegrown peppers, figs and tomatoes which were delicious. The villa, fantastic bbq area and pool was immaculately clean. In fact one morning after a bbq we came down to find the entire area was cleaned , bbq scrubbed and fresh charcoal left. The views are simply unbelievable, towering mountains behind us and amazing scenery down the valley. At night equally dramatic, we have never seen so many stars. The pool is cleaned every day, plenty of sun beds and games. It even has a shower and toilet, which again was spotless. If you wish a peaceful place to stay. This is one to choose. Tip. If you are not German bring chrome cast as nearly all channels on the TV are in that language. Go early in the morning on a visit to Dubrovnik as it gets very busy. The coastal town of Cavtat is worth a visit. Plenty of restaurants and bars. 30 minutes drive away. Thank you Andrea and Dario for some wonderful memories. Lars, Cindy and family ( UK )
