villa seranta (200sqm) is located in a spectacular part of sicily's east coast being right on the edge of the sea overlooking the bay of fontane bianche This beach is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the coastline. In front of the villa there are rocks but the sandy beach is only a few hundred meters away. There is plenty to see and do in the area: visit one of the charming nearby baroque towns - such as Syracuse, Modica, Noto, Ragusa-Ibla, Catania and Taormina. There is also the nature reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile, Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche, diving and snorkelling in the Plemmirio marine protected area, or visiting the Etna Park. For confident swimmers there are the crystal clear waters just outside the property gate where you can enjoy snorkelling.
