You can easily access the ski lifts, ski and snowmobile trails right from your own yard, making it an excellent choice for travelers without a car. The nearest ski lifts (Vuosseli Express and Kulmahissi) are within 100 m walking distance, as well as a year-round operating gondola lift that takes you over the fell to Ruka village. Several high-quality restaurants and a small K-market are also within walking distance.
