villa orvieto consists of 2 adjacent stone houses: the main house sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms Next to the main house, there is a smaller guest house, with 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a laundry room. There are different outdoor spaces such the elegantly furnished "loggia" with comfortable couches and splendid views over the countryside. A second outdoor living room and a third "pergola" just next to the kitchen with table and chairs for up to 14 people.
there is a panoramic swimming pool (12 x 6 meters; depth 60 to 170 meters; open from 24 May to 27 September) with sun lounges and umbrellas, a furnished patio and the tennis court (not floodlit). From here the view is even more spectacular. A comfortable hammock is available for the guests.
