A Weber gas grill and a simple charcoal grill. Dual automatic watering system for the plants.

since almost the entire costa blanca area is like one long beach, there are many different beaches to choose from (with palm trees, lounge chairs and dining on the beach or where you can be almost alone), the nearest is just 7km away (about 10min by car)
there are local daily markets on almost every weekday in the surrounding villages (worth a visit) One of Europe's largest shopping LaZenia Boulevard is within about 20min trip. Torrevieja is within about 10 minutes by car. From there you can go by boat to places such as the island of Tabarca (about 40min). Many of the boats have glass windows underneath so you can see the fish around the boat. Perfect outing to snorkel and visit the small fish restaurants on the island.
