the villa is composed of 9 double bedrooms with bathrooms, all with 22” full hd tv, for a total of 18 guests-plus 2 (two of the bedrooms are triple and 7 of the remaining doublebeds can be converted it two singles as needed) Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. There is wi-fi connection in the whole house. There is also a lounge room with fireplace, 46” Full HD TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole structure is equipped with a floor cooling or heating system.

first floor: 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms with shower and sat tv, and 2 of these bedrooms are "suites" (canopy, bed with another additional bed) 2 of the rooms have private access to the garden. Some of them can be transformed into bedroom with two single beds on request.

the large swimming pool (6m x 12m x 140m) lets guests enjoy lovely summer days refreshing themselves in its waters and taking in the splendid scenery. The patio, cool and ventilated, is the ideal place for enjoying a meal or simply sipping a glass of wine at sunset.
