the property consists of the main villa and an annex The villa is on four floors connected by an internal staircase. The main villa is about 480 sqm and the annex about 40 sqm. BASEMENT FLOOR - Billiard room and a bathroom with shower. Laundry room with independent access from the outside. GROUND FLOOR - The entrance hall of the villa communicates with the kitchen, the dining room, the living room with ornamental fireplace and the stairs to the upper floor. Sleeping area with a double bedroom with divisible bed, a bathroom with tub and a double bedroom with queen-size bed (1.40m). FIRST FLOOR - Living area with ornamental fireplace. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub and two basins, twin bedroom with bathroom with shower and ornamental fireplace, twin bedroom with joinable beds with adjacent bathroom with shower, double bedroom with divisible bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. MEZZANINE FLOOR - Connects the first and second floors (28 steps). SECOND FLOOR - Twin bedroom with joinable beds with bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. the land of the property is approximately 26 hectares and is cultivated with olive trees and vines. The area pertaining to the villa is enclosed with a 2 m-high fence. The area pertaining to the villa is about 8600 sqm and, in addition to lawn areas, is adorned with hedges, holm oaks and aromatic plants. Between the villa and the annex is a small sitting area with sofa, accessible from the kitchen. In front of the annex is the barbecue area and wood-burning oven. The outdoor dining area is located under a pergola in front of the annex.
