Positive: The house is pretty big with open kitchen and living room. You have 2 teraces outside, with sunbeds, and rhe location was very quiet. From the garden you can see the sea and the town and it's quite a nice view. The kitchen was fully equipped with pans, cutlery, different plates and a lot more. Even oil, basic condiments like (salt, peper) where already there. The barbeque had coals and some liquid to fire the grill. Also the house has Wifi and worked quite ok, with temporar disruptions, but overall, very nice.
Negative: The rooms could have been cleaned a little better. There were dust on the floor and bedside tables. The sheets from the bed were pretty old and in the first day there were a specific smell on them, so we had to take them out to fresh air. Nothing bad, but it's the first impression when you reach, so it's best to improve it. We were staying in June, the temperature was around 25-28 degree Celsius and in the rooms it was quite ok, maybe a little bit warm during night. If you come in August, and the temperature is around 35-38, i think you'll need an AC (which doesn't exist). It is a little fan though, that we used, but i don't think it will make a big difference in hot weather. Overall it was all sorted out and nice, but there is definetely room for improvement.
