The typical Umbrian city of Todi is 40 minutes away and Perugia at more o less 45 min. The airport of Perugia has flights from/to London-Rotterdam-Charleroi-Barcelona and more. The property has a garden (fully fenced with entrance gate) with swimming pool (7,5x3,6 meter – depth 1,50cm everywhere). There is also a big panoramic terrace with hot tub for 6, usable even in case of bad weather. The entire property is for your private use and not shared with other people. It is recently renovated with al modern comforts and all the bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds/parasols/outdoor shower. Near the pool area there is a large gazebo with a well equipped kitchen, bbq and dinning table for 8.
