city of palm springs rules apply, including strict quiet hours, no outdoor music at any time, a list of all adult guests and vehicle license plates is required
security cameras are located at the front and side of the home (never inside or in the backyard)
dog-friendly for up to 2 pre-approved pups ($150/dog) No cats due to allergies.
