villa emilia is located on a hill and it offers you an amazing view not only during the day but during the night as well when the city lights add some extra spark of romance to the already magnificent atmosphere On the ground floor, you can find the pool area with a heated pool of 40sqm a fully equipped kitchen, an internal living room with a salon, a satellite LG curved 65’’ TV, and a dining table area for 10 guests. On the same floor, there is a bedroom that features a private entrance with a double-size bed and a communal bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double-size beds, satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom with twin single beds exists on the first floor, with a satellite smart screen TV with an ensuite bathroom. On the attic floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed with a satellite smart screen TV, that offers unobstructed views of the sea of Crete from each corner, welcoming esteemed guests to relax and sleep in complete privacy. There is a continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces which provides a space full living area that accommodates all the activities throughout the day. All areas inside have to be air-conditioned. the very best room in the Villa.

the swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost, payable in cash upon arrival, with at least 3-4 days' advance notice(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
from 2024, as stated in article 53 of law 4389/2016 (a’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from april to october and 4€ per night/villa from november to march This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
