beautiful,clean and well equipped, rose residence has an interior living space of 140sm All around it there is a green area of pine trees,daphnes, roses,mulberry trees etc . providing a relaxing environment.
you will find 3 bedrooms,all air-conditioned, with units (cool and heating) of 9000 BTU each. There is 1 large bedroom with a double size bed and 2 smaller, one with two single beds and the other with bunk beds. The brand new mattresses ensure a comfortable environment for sleep. All of the bedrooms have spacious closets. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your favourite glass of drink! A 7th person can sleep on the coach in the living room if needed.
