You can reach it by foot in 15 minutes the famous 'Piazzetta'. Beaches are also approximately 15 minutes walking distance.

The garden is on a 3 level terrace and the villa on 2 of them. Main living room , full equipped kitchen and 2 rooms are on the upper level, and 2 rooms pool and extra garden are on the lower level.
