the villa is built from traditional quarry stone and offers plenty of space for four people with two bedrooms, a living room, large balcony and terrace
on the ground floor are the kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet with shower The living room and the very large balcony are on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning and patio doors to the garden. The living room is on the first floor of the house and has two exits to the large balcony. From the balcony you have fantastic views of the White Mountains, the bay of Souda and the beach of Georgioupoli.
the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden The terrace is just above the pool in front of the house. Next to the house there is a bricked barbecue. The pool is 4m*8m. In the cooler months it can be heated with a pool heater (pool heating on request, € 15.00 per 24 hours).
