villa anga has two floors, connected externally A wooden pedestrian gate, adjacent to the private, canopy-covered parking area, opens onto 11 steps leading up to the solarium area with pool and outdoor living area. A large sliding glass door leads directly into the ground floor of the villa, consisting of a bright open-plan area with a cosy sofa, a large dining area and a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the pool. Continuing on, are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, an extra single bed in a room (up 4 steps) and a bathroom with shower. Completing this floor is the laundry area. From the pool area, a flight of 17 steps leads up to the first floor consisting of a large bright open-plan area with fireplace and composed of a sitting area, a large wooden table and a well-equipped kitchen. Framed by a large window, which looks out over the splendid panorama of the sea, the area has direct access to the level terrace with stone table and brick barbecue. From the living area, a hallway leads to the sleeping area with three double bedrooms overlooking the swimming pool, two of which with ensuite bathroom (one with shower and one with tub shower. It is lined in Orosei marble and has salt purification and internal lighting. The solarium area, illuminated around the entire perimeter by spotlights, is equipped with sunbeds, poufs, small tables and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
