the swimming pool of villa alya can be heated at an extra cost by a pool heat pump at about 27-28?c, depending on the weather conditions, from march through june 10th and from september 10th through the end of november Please note that we require 5 days advance notice for this facility, and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pools can be paid only with cash upon arrival. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
from 2024, as stated in article 53 of law 4389/2016 (a 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2eur per night from april to october and 0,5eur per night from november to march This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
