security deposit: all reservations made through vrbo will incur a $250 preauthorization hold on their card on file the day before check-out Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released seven days after the initial hold is made. If you will have a service animal with you although not required by airbnb we appreciate you letting us know so we can give the same notice as pet stays to our cleaners. No cats allowed.
