Positive: House was nice. Location is good back around the pool area needs to be cleaned up and taken care of weeds a little bit of everywhere on the side of the pool in the back not much grass there a lot of weeds maybe think about putting some turf back there since there’s not much grass area anyway Would make it look a lot better overall very nice
