The building has an elevator and the neighborhood area is super safe, just 2 minutes walking from the Marina/Port and 5 minutes walking from the beach and the seafront promenade full of restaurants. Also, you will find just next door an across the street several supermarkets, pharmacy, day bars, coffee shops, restaurants and any other convenience store you may need.
about parking and public transport, we have street free parking and 2 bus lines just across the street that will take you all around the city including downtown, besides de city train that connects with the subway/metro from the beach to the airport passing through many stops in downtown Also, walking distance to "our Spanish Central Park" where you will enjoy 9 kilometres of beautiful trees, gardens, fountains to exercice, o just walking.
