the forest house is located on the outskirts of kölzin and can only be reached via a private path It houses 2 apartments on the ground floor (apartment "Schaale" 50 m² or Apartment "Fuchsberg" 70 m²) and 1 apartment in the attic (apartment "Amor's Ruh" 80 m²).
during the renovation, we made a point of preserving as much of the house's original charm as possible The many exposed wooden beams, the old floors, dining tables from old doors, cloakrooms from old beams and the rediscovered mud wall on the ground floor create a harmonious atmosphere. This is completed by mostly antique furniture, which has been lovingly arranged in addition to new furniture throughout the house.
