The Resort community has many amenities that you have access at no additional charge: Poolside Tiki Bar, Business Center with WiFi , Fitness Room, Sauna, Basketball Court , Tennis Court. Play area for kids with game room.
there are a total of 4 bedrooms One bedroom with a full size bed located on the 1st floor. three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor:
1 master bedroom with a queen size bed
2 bedroom with two twin size beds
3 bedroom with a queen size bed
guests are required to sign a short term rental agreement at the front desk in the clubhouse along with a $20 deposit for a gate access card Self check-in with smart lock. A PIN for the lock will be provided with the reservation confirmation letter.

pool heater is available upon request, it is an additional $3000 USD per day . Can only be booked for the entire stay. Must be requested at least 24hours before your arrival. Pool takes a long time to heat up.

we provide the following for guests :

> guests should supply their own toiletries There is a Walmart 3 minutes away to purchase these items.

>trash is collected monday- saturday Trash needs to be placed in the trash bench before 6am. No loose trash please.
