i cater to the nonsmoker without pets Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor on the property. Our other tenants dislike the aroma. We love small non-human friends, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the property. We observe quiet time from 10pm to 8am and kindly request that you do the same by turning down your music or television during these times. This is a 2nd-story apartment with stairs. Not suitable for persons who require an elevator..
