parking note: this unit includes parking, but you'll need the keys inside the unit to access your designated spot I recommend paying $0.50 to park on the street in front of the building to avoid a ticket or having someone stay with the vehicle while you retrieve the keys.

1 There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3 Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4 No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5 The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6 Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7 All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
