we have owned this property for 3 years now and have never experienced anything close to a safety incident - we love it here! all of our neighbors are friendly and there's a 24/7/365 private neighborhood watch perfect for families with kids!

off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles makes this a great option for those who prefer to bring their cars It is a 10-18 minute drive to the French Quarter, depending on the time of day. For public transportation lovers, the 57 bus stops a 5 minute walk away at Franklin at Mendez, and takes about 25-30 minutes to get to the Quarter. For cyclists, the French Quarter is a 20-25 minute bike ride away.
