this ~1,400sf 1950s summer cottage can accommodate medium-sized family, friends, or work gatherings and has been recently renovated into a year-round paradise The first floor features an open floor layout for the kitchen/dining/living areas with floor-to-ceiling sliders providing spectacular lake views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a workstation, plus an updated full bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, a separate dedicated office space with two workstations, and a half bath. Planning for a workcation? the cottage sits on a double lot with 100’ of shallow sandy beach lakefront complete with a pier and lakeside fire pit The tree canopy in the side yard provides a shady area to sit and enjoy a meal cooked on the grill and served on the extra large picnic tables. enjoy the evenings watching the sunset (cottage faces west) and stargazing on a clear night!

- this is a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing lake We have year-round neighbors and ask that you be respectful and keep the noise level down even outside of quiet hours… sounds and voices travel easily.
