you enter into the spacious living room that is open to the kitchen and dining - great for gathering and connecting with your group The kitchen will have most anything you would need for a lovely meal. On one side of the house are two bedrooms with queen beds and share a full bathroom. On the other side of the house is the main bedroom with the luscious king bed and gorgeous bathroom.

how do i check in?
a day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. just remind us!

can i change or cancel my reservation?
we have a moderate cancellation policy It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
are there extra pillows?
we provided two pillows per person For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

if you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues if you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
is smoking allowed outside?
yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
could we leave our luggage?
we are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
if any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
