1 smoking / drug use:
- smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee.
2 parties and events:
- parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property Please be considerate of the neighbors.
3 extended stays:
- for stays lasting 30 days or longer, a one-time cleaning fee of $275 will be applied, which covers monthly standard cleans as well as the deep clean at the end of your stay This helps ensures we are maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for the duration of your stay.
4 pet friendly accommodation:
we understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $50 for stays 1 week or less. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. If staying for longer than a week, please inquire with host for additional pet fee.
