Positive: Carlos at check-in was friendly, informative, and patient. The pool was open late, so it was good for the kids to relax in after a day in the parks.
Negative: Room cleaning was very hit and miss in timings. Some mornings we were woken by the maid and other days we would come back from the parks and the room hadn't been done. It was subsequently done later that day.
