the property is situated in the small hamlet in the area of iznajar and its lake where it enjoys the type of location that everyone dreams of ; south facing with sun all day and panoramic, breathtaking views across the valleys through olive groves and mountains Lake and town of Iznajar is a 10 minutes drive from the property to the actual lake where you find bar/restaurants and water sports facilities such as pedalos, canoeing, kayaks and sunbeds to hire.

There are a number of terraces around the landscape gardens which has chairs and tables and sun loungers including the interior patio/courtyard which has a small table and chairs plus a small sofa.
