A golf cart is provided to explore the neighborhood and to take up you up and down to the private boat basin. In the basin you will have access to a 18 ft. Clearwater with a 90HP Yamaha 4 Stroke. This boat is sufficient to visit nearby locations such as Scrub Island Resort and Spa, the newly opened Marina Cay with beautiful beach, great food and fabulous fun drinks! Trellis Bay’s 3 restaurants and bars and Aragorns unique art studio, fireballs, and gift shop. Local snorkeling spots to tie up to a buoy ball such as Diamond Reef National Park located just off Great Camanoe and Monkey Point off Guana Island are easily accessible by the Clearwater weather permitting. NOTE: Boating skills a MUST. If you desire to explore further away destinations, charter companies and larger boat rentals can be easily arranged in Tortola; we can assist you if needed. You will be on a private island without restaurants and stores. On line ordering of your groceries during your stay can be easily dome and we will assist you with this process. Arrangement of the pick up of your grocery needs the day before you arrive can be made. Your groceries will be put away for you, awaiting your arrival! Partial house rental is also available for $700 per night with the owners on premises tucked away in a back guest room. You will have the entire house, pool, primary bedroom and 2 guest rooms (Primary with 1 king, bedroom in the main house with 2 twins and 1 guest room with 1 queen in the guest house). Owner’s available to assist at your request only. Owner is available to shuttle you to nearby destinations..
