Verder is er een tv-loungehoek aanwezig en een eetkamer gedeelte. De sfeer is landelijk, luxe, warm. Aansluitend aan de woonkamer bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers. 1 met een 2 persoonsbed en 1 met een stapelbed. Ook de ruime keuken met oven en vaatwasser is op deze etage gelegen alsmede de ruime master-badkamer met dubbeldouche, bad, toilet en bidet. Wasmachine en wasdroger zijn ingebouwd.
