we ask that you keep noise to a minimum between those hours This home is a mid-century beauty with wood floors, so some noise is to be expected before and after these times. We offer complimentary ear plugs and a white noise machine.

we like to keep check-out as simple as possible and we do not ask for much, but please keep in mind that the following issues could result in an extra fee from our cleaning team, which will be passed onto you:
- excessively soiled or ruined linens
- excess loose trash (ie. trash throughout the unit, not bagged.)
- smoke smell (marijuana, vape, and cigarettes are not permitted).
