this suite is on the upper level of a newly renovated 50s duplex in seattle’s charming and character-filled fremont neighborhood Take advantage of our sprawling deck overlooking the park or enjoy the light streaming through the front windows. although the sunbreak doesn't have any shared spaces, we do have some shared walls, so we request that guests keep noise to a minimum while others may be sleeping (10pm to 8am) This does mean no parties.
this is a strict no smoking property We are in close quarters with the neighbors and you must leave the property (this includes outdoor spaces) to smoke anything or vape. Violating this rule will result in a minimum of $1,000 fee..
