both properties are seperate from the property we live in, we have a seperate drive and the front of our property faces away from the manoir and the mill,which has its own enclosed garden, drive and 12 meter pool
to the rear of the property is a bridle way, which meanders through meadows and woods to the village of lauzun
about a mile up the road is the pretty hill top village of lalandusse, which still has a bar-restaurant
we provide 8 bikes free so you can free wheel
back home in 3 mins
there is a new supper market, 10 min away and a variety of local vine-yards about 3 min
pool security and heating: we have found alarm systems unreliable so we have installed the latest and best security system available
turn the key and the pool is completely covered ,and securely closed by a electrically operated roll on cover made of pvc slat which can support 100kgs
turn the key again and the pool automatically opens
the pool is always warm no matter what the weather For 4 months of the year.
heated by a top of the range heat exchange unit ( works like a fridge but in reverse) which is out of sight behind the pool house
