Is our largest cottage, this spacious and beautifully furnished holiday home sleeps up to seven guests, with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside to be seen from every window. With a family bathroom on the ground floor, there is a large comfortable sofa bed an additional large sofa in the living area, and a large TV, DVD player. The big kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need for a large family and a large dining table seating six.
on the top floor there are two large bedrooms one twin and one double with a spare single bed also in the room, there is also a smaller bathroom with wc and sink
you can walk through our private woodland to the beautiful river deveron and explore the local surroundings the cottage has the best of both worlds cosy in the winter snuggling up next to the log burner, and lots of outdoor space for the summer months with a large rear balcony with bbq plenty
of seating and a dining table It has views over the surrounding countryside and the castle on the opposite side of the river, at the front of the cottage you have a private courtyard and conservatory with seating and ample parking, this is a very private secluded property.
wood for the log burner is supplied in your own log shed next to the cottage
dogs are also very welcome and we can supply bowls blankets and beds
