2 level home First level entry has living room, kitchen, dining area, garage and back patio. Upstairs has bedroom with queen bed, master bath with tub/shower. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower.

Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.
