location, location, location! the home is located “west of trail” and 1 mile from westfield mall area where numerous restaurants, movie theaters and shops are located Do you like to play golf? There are over 30 Championship golf courses In Sarasota! The Legacy Trail is in very close proximity and offers more than 20 miles of scenic biking trails. The Aquatic Center is nearby with exercise equipment, Olympic size pools, saunas, whirlpools, tennis courts etc. It is a quick 5-mile drive to “The 2nd Best Beach in the world” Siesta Key. Downtown Sarasota with all the cultural venues such as the Ringling Museum, Oslo Theater, Van Wezel Performing Arts the "Purple Cow", Marina Jacks, Selby Gardens, Golden Apple Dinner Theater, The Players, golf courses, galleries and shops, including world famous St. Armand’s Circle is just 10-15 miles.
the master bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed It has an en-suite private bath with shower and granite topped vanity. A sitting area is adjacent to the Master Suite. There is one other sleeping area with a queen pull down Murphy bed in an adjacent space to the family room. There is a wet bar in the family room and a garage with opener.
