there are two full size bathrooms One on each level of the home. The first floor bathroom can be access from the master bedroom. Both newly renovated bathrooms have beautifully tiled walk-in showers.

-smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window
-quiet hours begin at 11pm, at this time all guests should be off all exterior spaces, this is not a curfew
-bring your furry friends, one dog is allowed $50 per stay. dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!
-no refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, wi-fi, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature
-help us keep a shoe free home by leaving shoes by the front door
no sweat on accidental & reported damage! your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800 The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart..
