there are no leash regulations in the neighborhood and the neighborhood dogs roam freely For the comfort of our guests and their pets, we are working on deterring the dogs from the front yard. The dogs are friendly but please do not feed or encourage them to stick around the property. There is a fenced backyard for the guests pets.
