this is a two-story condo in the top two levels of a three-story townhome The ground level has a retail space facing the main road (and street address of the townhouse). There is parking for 3 vehicles in the rear alleyway which is adjacent to where you enter the condo. A stairwell leads you up to the main living area of the condo with a dining room that seats four, full kitchen with peninsula counter seating for two, laundry, a half bath, and a spacious and bright living room with a large TV and a comfy reclining sofa. The stairway from the living room leads you up to the sleeping quarters where two bedroom suites with private full bathrooms and walk-in closets await. The queen size guest bedroom has a desk, nightstands with lamps, a spacious single vanity and shower-tub combo in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. The king bedroom suite has a king size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and double sink vanity.
