the house is on two levels The main entrance is on the ground floor, composed by a living room, dining room and kitchen. All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden via french doors. From the kitchen one can access the loggia and the pergola, each of them well equipped with tables and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining. The first floor is reached via an internal “cotto” staircase. Here there is a double bedroom with king size bed (this room is also reachable from outside through an external staircase) with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a double bedroom with queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and a duoble with "french double" and a bathroom with shower.
